Every Canadian citizen and permanent resident 14 years of age and older is encouraged to join the Health Promotion Party of Canada (HPPC), including those who are already members of other federal political parties.

The membership fee for 2010 is $10 and can be paid online through the secure PayPal website.

If you would prefer to register by mail, please click here and print out the membership form, complete it and mail it, along with a cheque for $10 made payable to the “Health Promotion Party of Canada” to:
